Dear Indian Support Association,
My name is Doreen Two Bulls and my indian name is Maka Nap teca Win (women who travels far and wide) I am enrolled member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe and I come from the Chief Man Afraid of His Horse / Two Bulls family here on the Pine Ridge Indian Resevation.
I am writing you this letter today in requests for help from the Indian Support Association for our annual community family christmas. By the grace of tunkasila and the big heart of our grandmother Nellie Two Bulls we have always been able to have a community family christmas here at grandmas place ( or rent a hall if we have to)in the #4 community on the pine ridge indian reservation. Grandma was grandma to everyone and so today even though grandmas no longer here in this world with us they all still come on christmas. Grandma adopted soo many as her grandchild throughout the rez as well as the world some have families of there own but the still come . thankfull we always made enough for everyone. We her Two Bulls family try to continue on with her giving spirit and keep these family traditions going.
